The company has acquired approximately 10,000 square meters of land within Kigali’s urban development zone and is in the final stage of obtaining the construction permit. Groundbreaking is
scheduled for July 2025, with a projected total investment of USD 10,000,000.

The development will feature mixed-use residential and commercial properties, aligned with Kigali’s smart city and green building initiatives.
